  The BIKE segment of 17 miles will be on paved four-lane highway (Alabama Hwy 182) heading west 8.5 miles and return to the Flora-Bama® Lounge & Package. Bike helmets are required.
  
  The 4-mile RUN will begin at the Flora-Bama® Lounge, heading west under the Perdido Pass Bridge and back.
