• Description: The 1500m swim will be two laps of the North Dock followed by the bike ride.
  
  The 40Km bike ride will take athletes down to Kidwelly and then a fast bike leg down towards Bynea ensures that this is a fast bike course.
  
  The 10Km run will be along the scenic Millennium Coastal Path and will provide a fast course to finish the event.
