• Description: The swim consists of 6 laps in the Shady Grove YMCA indoor pool then transitions to a lightly rolling very fast 20K bike course. The run course is an out and back all on sidewalks. The finish line is lined with bleachers, spectators and some of Richmonds finest triathletes.
