• Description: Swim: 1.5Km swim in pristine, spring fed Elkhart Lake. Time trial swim start. Short bike transition. Water temps: 61-72. Issued swim caps must be worn. Wetsuits are HIGHLY recommended.
  
  Bike: 48Km out and back bike course through the rolling hills of northern Sheboygan County and southern Calumet County. Helmets meeting current USAT standards are mandatory.
  
  Run: 10Km looped course. Water at 1.5 mile intervals. Exit on lakeside walkway of Osthoff Resort beach. Finish at The Osthoff Resort
