• Description: The Cycle & Fitness Firecracker Triathlon is a sprint triathlon with a ¼ mile swim, a 12 mile bike and a 3.1 mile run. The swim will take place in Lake Michigan and will be a rectangle swim. Athletes will swim with the current and the water temperature will be between 62 and 72 degrees, so wet suits will be allowed.
  
  The bike course will be a one loop 12 mile ride through rural roads in Berrien County. The course does have a few small climbs, but no major hills.
  
  The run course will be an out and back course with a great finish next to the beach in Jean Klock Park.
