Are you starting to hate the trainer? Don't! Here are two 60-90 minutes interval workouts that you can use for your indoor trainer rides that aren't too long but will serve to keep your bike fitness up this winter.
These workouts can be shortened if needed by reducing the number of intervals. We don't recommend these workouts for beginners or those that cannot comfortably do the time or distance already.
