Beginner Triathlete has many great features, and sometimes our own members don't know about some of them, even if they have been around for years.
This month, we are highlighting workouts by email, which is a feature available to all Performance Members, Bronze, Silver and Gold.
This feature sends tomorrow's workout to your email daily, either in the early morning or in the evening. You can choose.
To use this feature, you change your Training Log settings. First hover over your username at the top-right corner of the website. Select the first item in the dropdown menu: "Settings."
That will bring you to the screen pictured below, where you can choose Training Log Settings on the left, and then General Log Settings.
Scroll to the bottom of the General Log Settings, and you'll see some options for having your workouts emailed to you. First you choose to turn on the feature, and then you can choose from morning or evening emails. After that, you can choose to use your default email address that you used to register at BT, or you can specify a different email address.
