My favorite is rasberry, doesn't matter if it's cold or hot. Bottle is small enough for jersey pocket, but I don't recommend it in a running shorts pocket. Tasty & great on long ride n' runs.

I love this gel for my long runs and marathons. I buy the bottles in bulk to make them cheaper. The only problem is that many marathons do not use this as their source of fuel therefore I always bring my own.
