"I love this gel for my long runs and marathons. I buy the bottles in bulk to make them cheaper. The only problem is that many marathons do not use this as their source of fuel therefore I always bring my own. "cxk9758

I buy the large jars of the hammer gel flavored raspberry and orange. I just pour the gel right into my flask and take it on the run.
