The Wii Fit is a great way to improve balance and core stability. Learn Yoga with feed back on COG vs BOS. Gives you ability to play games to improve balance and core strength. Give you feed back on progress. It's a bit mindlessly addicting as most video games are but in a good way. We have had companies bring in machines that measure the same thing with a balance board for tens of thousands of dollars this kinda wraps it up into one nice little balance/core package for under $400 minus TV/monitor. It's good piece of equipment to add some needed core feedback and change things up.
