"The Wii Fit is a great way to improve balance and core stability. Learn Yoga with feed back on COG vs BOS. Gives you ability to play games to improve balance and core strength. Give you feed back on progress. It's a bit mindlessly addicting as most video games are but in a good way. We have had companies bring in machines that measure the same thing with a balance board for tens of thousands of dollars this kinda wraps it up into one nice little balance/core package for under $400 minus TV/monitor. It's good piece of equipment to add some needed core feedback and change things up."dexter

Wii needs to have a bar on the TV/monitor, power and feed to AV input. Install batteries into Wii'motes and Fit board. Insert disk into Wii. Will need a Numchuck. Unit is small and fits in media cabinet easily.

Very user friendly. Take you through set up with on screen instruction.

The unit is solid. Fit board which is a balance board and scale is very heavy and stays put well. Don't try to move it with your foot. It will stub your toe.

Once size fits all.

Would like to have a wider board for some of the strength training exercise. They need to have a smaller Wii'mote to allow you to carry it during yoga and strength moves. You only use the A button for the most part.

You make a Mii, a little cartoon you, it's you weight and all. There is only two trainers to chose from.

Had the Wii for over a year with not trouble, just got Wii Fit.

I'm looking into getting one for the PT clinic not only for the spinal and core exercises, but also balance.

Teaches you Yoga poses and test your ability to preform correctly. balance games like skiing, soccer, tightrope walking, hula hoop, bubble racing and others. Aerobic games such as running. Pilates type strengthening. Test balance with single leg, double leg even you plank balance side to side and steadiness.

-Allows you to see your center of gravity.
-Give you BMI and wgt each day you use it.
-Encourages you to set goals and gives you feed back.
-Gives you numerous ways to work out.
-Tracks progress
-Tracks minutes done that day.
-Balance, balance, balance

=Size of Wii'mote, better if it smaller.
=Time spent waiting for games to reload.
=Wife is always playing the one we have.
=Need room around it and enough to back board up.
=Boring looking trainers would be better to have BT look alikes.
=Always tells you the truth about weight and BMI. (bastards), would be nice to lie a little. Even Rstock was overweight.
