I am very pleased with this purchase and I think it has increased my form and ankle flexibility greatly in just a few workouts. What they lack in comfort they make up 10 fold in increased morale and performance.

I hate doing swimming drills, but I know they're important. I usually do them with fins. Due to my high arches, Zoomers and other stiff fins have given me serious blisters on the tops of my feet and toes. The Neofins have a neoprene foot pocket that gives a very comfortable yet stable cushion around the foot. There's a hook-and-loop strap in a neoprene flap (so it doesn't rub) that tightens the arch and a neoprene covered adjustable strap at the back. The sole has a textured plastic layer that protects the soft foot pocket when you turn off of the pool wall. The fin itself works very well. They have great propulsion with little effort.
So far these fins have not rubbed my foot wrong. Despite the cost, I think they're worth it.
Mizuno Wave Rider 10
On my 3rd set and love them. The have to cushion of a training shoe but feel like a racing flat.

I first sampled this product during the Chicago Marathon expo last October and found myself impressed. I've always had issues keeping down Gu and balancing Gatorade on the course (it's too sugary for me and upsets my stomach). I found the Enlyten sports strips to be an awesome and effective alternative to the gels and beans and blocks that are currently on the market. I like that it can fit in my shorts and is very lightweight so I never notice it during the race. It's nice to be able to pop a strip or two on my tongue and get the hydration I need for the next few miles. Plus it tastes pretty good (I'm a fan of the Grape). If you're looking for more information on Enlyten sports strips, you can visit their site at www.enlytenstrips.com.

A good climber and great value! Not an areo bike, but a true all-rounder.
This would be a bike for all very highest end connisseurs. Unless you're a name snob there is no reason to pay much more for a bike that probably won't be a whole lot better.
Rudy Project Rydon II Photochromatic
I've always been an Oakley fan for years. I always felt that they were over-priced. So, I started shopping around for better sunglasses. I found a pair of Smith's, but never really fit perfectly. Then, before starting my second tri season, I saw these at REI, and they fit perfect. I'm really satisfied with these. Rudy Projects are well made, and are perfect for people with flatter noses like me. I'm probably going to buy the SportMask this year.

As I mentioned, this is my first trainer so I really can't compare to others. The sales rep said that this the top selling trainer at the store, so I bought it. Originally, I was going to buy the magnetic trainer, but he said the fluid trainers are much quieter and the fact that you don't have to get off the bike to change resistance. This is something I would definitely recommend to anyone.
