I really liked this suit. My friends had different brands, some needed repair already, some were not as good fits. Mine fit well, wore well, and felt great in the water.

Good watch, I have used if for 3 months and I have cut 4 minutes off my 5K run. I wish it worked with swimming, but you get that with any wireless chest strap system.
Very useful with my training.

If you are going to buy some Look Keo's I would suggest going right to the Max models. Even though the Look Keo's are great pedals(I have a pair on my second bike now), the Max's are better. They really do offer a nicer platform that you can feel. I believe they will give you more confidence riding, especially out of saddle hammering and intense sprints to the town line sign or finish line.

If you are looking at moving away from Speedplay, make sure you are comfortable with one-sided pedal entry as these are not double-sided like the Speedplays.

Not a bad inexpensive power computer. There is a wireless (T-725 WL) which has HR and ASCENT/DESCENT. T-725 W will display current PWR, cadance, speed, distance and time.

Huge improvement on the 3000! The 3000 was ugly, heavy, stiff and clunky. The 3010 is lighter, flexible yet very stable, fits great and looks good. I have been running for 15-years and am a dedicated Asics man; in my opinion, the 3010 is best Asics trainer yet.

Great shoe from Brooks. I'm finding that I can be just as comfortable with a lighter-weight shoe though.

Fantastic bike and I would definitely get another Fuji. I plan on keeping this one for a long time though. :D

Still a good shoe, I sent Asics a question about the heel cup issue.

Great bike for the money. Makes a great CX bike, training bike, or MTB alternative.

An overall incredible bike which is the best value for what you get. Other bikes of this caliber are easily over the $3500 mark. 2010 will see the new release version of the F5.

I have been very happy with these shoes. almost 700 miles in them. I was afraid I'd never find a pair that fit so well once the 2130's were discontinued
