Ease of use
Just put the included skewer on, hook your bike up to the machine an go.
Quality of Construction
Welds look sturdy and even. Material and design is simple but well made.
Fit
One size fits all.
Comfort
I feel fine on it, and I guess my bike does too.
Adjustability
Resistance increases as you increase your cadence. An option to increase the resistance while on a lower gear would be nice.
Durability
Had for almost a year now and it's still going strong. Very quiet.
Value
Good price and great customer service.
Appearance
Not as sleek as the newer models or the fluid trainers, but it does what it's suppose to do and that's all that matters.
Customer Service
Great customer service, had an issue with the resistance unit, sent it in and received a new one in a week.
Performance
Great piece of equipment. Looking to get another one as we have more than one road bike.
Strengths
Simple to setup and use. Sturdy and well built. No doubt this will last.
Weakness
Sometimes the resistance unit clatters during lower cadences but it disappear when the speed is increased.

Ease of installation
Some assembly require, but nothing more than a wrench was needed.
