"Excellent product for tracking your training progress and performance."Teebs
Ease of use
the touch bezel took some getting used to but now that I have the hang of it I love it.
Quality of Construction
I'm not too hard on it...but it feels pretty solidly put together.
Fit
I'm a big guy so the size of the watch looks like it fits me. For people with smaller wrists the watch may look oversized.
Comfort
Only a little bit heavier than my old running watch, not really noticeable.
Adjustability
Both the watch and HR monitor straps are adjustable to fit all sizes of people
Durability
I've only had it for a few months so we'll see how durable it is over time.
Value
With the ability to download the workouts to your computer to track your progress and the fact that they now have software for a Mac, this unit has everything that I could need.
Appearance
I like the more traditional watch look of this 405 as opposed to the 305.
Customer Service
Haven't had to deal with them yet.
Performance
Works beautifully even in foggy or cloudy conditions and when running in the woods under the canopy of the trees.
Strengths
Looks, performance, touch bezel.
Weakness
might be too big for people with smaller wrists.

Ease of installation
Follow the quick start instructions and its up and running in not time.
