I've only replaced the battery once in 2 years. Works flawlessly.

It's rather cluncky for a female. Black/big. Newer styes now are much better.

I've had the same strap for 2 years with constant use. I've only had to adjust the elastic strap in a little.

I thought I was having an issue at just under two years for the warranty. It turned out to be a low battery.

I have definitely got my moneys worth out of this one. When I am ready to upgrade it will be a Polar.

Customer Service

Sent for warranty service. Turned out to be low battery. They replaced and retested it. Great service. Only thing is it took a month.

Didn't have lots of choises for styles when I bought. Choises are much better now.
