Strengths

easy to set up and use. Has five settings, so you can dial up the resistance based on the workout you have in store.

Weakness

getting the holders to fit right takes some tinkering, but once you get it right, seems to work well. Still a little movement side to side once set up, but nothing that stops you from working out.
