Strengths
Nice, big digits, fully adjustable display menus. Works with Ant+ power, cadence, HR, etc. A great upgrade for anyone who has used a Garmin 305 because of similar menus. I bought the Timex Ironman GPS and took it back. I bought this one and have LOVED it! Strongly recommend this product! LONG battery life. It went 15+ hours for me in Cozumel. You can swim with this! The GPS actually has worked well for distance while swimming..not advertised to do so, but it does.
Weakness
80 miles into the bike at IM Cozumel, the unit told me my lap data was full. Then it basically quit and refused to do anything until I deleted some data. This was a little problematic while underway on the bike, but it worked out okay. Lesson learned: Clear out lap data before a big race! No HR Data while swimming.

Ease of use
Cake to use, especially if you've had a Garmin product previously.
