great value, comes with skewer, instruction book as well as Carmichael Training Systems Time Trial DVD.

Thick tubes make trainer appear very stable.

(5)

holds up well to hard acceleration.

I have been very happy with this trainer. I owned a Minoura magnetic trainer that was about 5 years old and I always felt like it could break at any point, and it eventually did. This appears very well made and has worked great.

Loud with hard accelerations, but it seems that this is the case with most magnetic trainers.
