"I really do like this watch. I had borrowed a friend's 205 for a month while training for my first tri and it was very useful, but way too big. I actually bruised my wrist bone from it hitting it while running. I'm looking into getting the heart rate monitor as an add on and perhaps the bike cadence sensor as well. I'm sure I haven't used all the features and explored it to its fullest potential yet, but so far, I am really pleased with this. It was a gift and it won't be returned."lmscozz
Quality of Construction
Seems very well made, structurally. Good plastic type wristband which will not deteriorate with sweat.
Fit
It has myriad slots to fit different sizes of wrists.
Comfort
Still a much bigger watch than I'm used to wearing, but not nearly as bulky or heavy as the 205 or 305.
Adjustability
It seems to easily adjust to fit various wrist sizes. I have a fairly small wrist and it works for me.
Durability
So far. So good.
Value
Probably average for what it does. Maybe the price will come down once it's been on the market for a while.
Appearance
Still kind of large for my personal tastes, but love the green color instead of black.
Customer Service
Had to call Garmin to get it to connect to my computer and download to the Garmin Training feature. Great customer service. Very nice guy and knowledgeable/helpful.
Performance
Again, I like it a lot.You do have to remember to change the sport mode from bike to run and the display features to show what you want -- ie: pace, speed, distance, clock, etc.
Strengths
Nice size, light weight. Love the auto download to the computer and to the BT website. The Garmin Training feature is nice, too. Shows the map of your route, distance, calories, etc. Nice options on the display settings. Even lets you put the sunset and sunrise times for whatever reason.
Weakness
Better lock the bezel once you get everything set for a training run or bike because if it gets touched, even by your sleeve or brushes up against your shorts or something, it will trigger the watch to change screens. The outside rim is similar to an ipod in how you scroll through screens, which makes it user friendly, but it's very sensitive to even a light touch.

Ease of use
Once you get the menus down for each feature it's pretty easy.
