Love my bike. I look forward to my rides and logging miles. I have the "double" and I haven't found myself wishing for the smaller gear on any of my hills (yet).

FREEDOM! This device allows you to change your route on a whim. No longer do I have to follow the same old route with predetermined mileage markers. I can just run and bike wherever.

I hesitated between the 310XT and the 405. 405 was smaller amd more esthetic but I could not swim with it. 310XT, I can swim with but the data captured during swimming is incomplete or useless.

If it picked up proper distance and HR in the water it would be perfeect

It's the bike that I originally wanted, got it for a marked down price, the bike tires/ wheels failed miserably. Two different bikes and the same problem

Purchased a long time ago as they were supposed to be easier on knees when mountain biking than SPDs. It is what I learned how to ride clipless on. No problems so far. I found a second pair on ebay at a good price. I use them on both the mountain bike and road bike. They were purchased in 2001.

All of these helmets suffer from the same structural defect around the earpiece and it is only a matter of time before they crack. You can only be careful for so long and eventually you will accidentally put just a little too much pressure on the plastic when pulling it over your ears. Contact Giro and demand replacement with a better design. Bell owns Giro. The Bell Meteor II, which is not marketed in the US, has none of these problems. Bell has no incentive to take market share from its flawed line of Giro Advantage II helmets being sold in the US.

This shoe was designed for those who wanted an easier transition to forefoot running. This is the third pair of Newtons that I own. My nagging injuries are non-existent. Forefoot runners should definitely give these shoes a try.
