Great fit and comfort. Pad is just right. And awsome price for quality.

I thought it would be a useful tool for counting my laps, but I have a hard time reading the numbers with goggles on, and I also sometimes miss pressing the lap button. They recommend you press the lap button out of the water... so that takes time too. Other than that, it's a good tool.

Overpriced, bulky, unusual function setup, not enough alarms (3), catches on everything, rough interior to band, but has worked. I am glad it was a gift, otherwise I would have returned it.

Although it was pricey, I really like this trainer. It collapses nicely, is lightweight, and is very very quiet. Its very easy to get your bike on and off, just a flip of the quick release on the side.

Very good value. The Synergy is not as 'high end' or pricey as Zoot's top of the line Zenith. But, many of the design features of the Zenith are incorporated into the Synergy. Very satified with the design and performance.

Great shoe if you are looking for something minimalist.
You must get used to them slowly.

I feel they are helping me with proper striding and mid foot striking.

Love the idea of what it should do, but doesn't actually deliver.

I gave this thing 4 full workouts of running and biking and took the hunk of junk back to the store where I got it on sale. For the same price I bought another 305 (first one was "lost" in the airport).

I read about these shoes online and I was intrigued by the comments. I have a tendency to drag my heels when I get tired and my form breaks on long runs. I like running in my flats for this reason but I need more support for training runs. There are no gel pockets or big heavy heels on these shoes yet they are still very comfortable and offer plenty of support. They are still pretty light too so for me it's been a good combination. I will definitely be a return customer
