While I can say this is a must-have for 3Gen Shuffle owners, that's like saying an umbrella is a must have for hurricane enthusists: it may help a little, but it still doesn't fix the problem.

This is probably the worst iPod that Apple produced. This was backed up by the (poorly-timed for me) introduction of the Gen 4 shuffle that looks almost exactly like the Gen 2 shuffle. I own an iPod touch 2G and would run with it if not for its bulk. I guess I'll have to suck it up and either use this (with the Belkin headphone adapter that I bought...see other review) or sell it to a non-runner out of principal and buy one of the new Gen 4s or an old Gen 2.

This is a great training and race-day hat. I can't wait to find one that fits me better.

The Garmin Quick-Release Kit is (in my opinion) a must-buy for all owners of Forerunner 205/305 watches.

I can't say enough about my Garmin. Even when I found myself relying on it too much for training feedback (instead of my body's biofeedback), its versatility allowed me to remove the "pace" field from the display so I just have "Heart Rate" and "Distance". I love the ability to review your training and race info.

Great short at the best price from a national chain and a well-known manufacturer. Who could ask for anything more?

While other products have used the tag-line, I can't think of a more appropriate product to be refered to with the phrase "Don't leave home without it."

This Amphipod RunLite™ 2+ Hydration Belt was far-and-away the best system that I tried. I will continue to use this and other Amphipod products because of the quality and versatility.

This has been a great first road bike. I've used it for 2 duathlons and five triathlons in the last eight months, have put about 1700km on it in that time. The bike has been terrific - no problems. Comes with a mixture of Tiagra and 105 componentry. Aluminium Frame. Carbon seat post and carbon forks. I have added (cheap) profile clip on aero bars, and adjusted down the bars for better aero profile. According to my scales the bike weighs in at 10.3kg - this is including the Aero bars (approx 500g) and Ultegra pedals. So pretty light bike. I have been very happy with the bike for my first season, and think it is terrific value. That said I am looking to by a considerably more expensive TT bike for next season, but will keep the Trek 1.5 for group rides, wet weather rides and road racing (if I ever do any road racing with drafting permitted).

overall, a good, lightweight helmet. well constructed, good looking.

I would recommend this bike to anyone who is getting into cycling and for those of us who wish to ply their hand at a triathlon. Good all around bike that won't break the bank and provides some very good advantages over cheaper bikes.

This are some excellent mid-runner shoes and if you wish to get some good, lite shoes, not break the bank, and feel very comfortable while doing it, buy these and slip them on!

This is a great safety product for anyone that runs, cycles or even swims. Triathletes and Marathoners in particular that put hours in on open roads need this type of identification system with them while training. I never go out on my bike or run without my watch therefore I'm never out without my Watch ID.

overall, great shoe i expect to put many miles on.
