This bike is all I had imagined it would be. Lightweight and I find I can push and hold a faster pace on it than I can on my road bike.

These shoes made a huge improvement on my T2 time. I was using regular lace up shoes. I am now in the low 50s for T2. I love these shoes.

Overall, I like this shoe. I have been running in the Adrenaline GTS for some time now (since like #6 and they are on #10 now), so a switch was met with some resistance. However, I have grown to really like them. They lace up really tight, almost too tight if you aren't careful, but are really snug. Breathe well, and actually don't look half bad.

Cheap and durable. Lasted 250 miles and cost $40 bucks, so about 16 cents/mile ran. Good cushioning and stability for runners that need that.

This shoe has been my goto for some time and it seems, for me, to b the perfect shoe. As of today I weigh 215 and Ihave had no problems with "shin splints" or any other injuries. This shoe was the replacement for another pair that was tearing my lower leg apart.

One of the best bikes I have ever had, and drastic improvement. Been with Kestrel 11 years, and they keep getting better and better. Customer service and Steve with Kestrel is really behind his brand. I'm in for the long overhall with Kestrel I did try a few other brands, and went with them ovewelmingly. Not a hard decision to make.

I really like this trainer. I don't have any others to compare it to, but I cannot imagine something that works better or is easier to use.
