If you have the $$$ to spend and intend on racing both Tri's and Road Bikes This may be the Swiss Army Knife you need to do both. Attach some TT bars and race triathlons with the 53-11 gearing you can push High Watts and High MPH. The adjustability of the bars lets you put them where you need them. The seat post mast has it's downs but it is a solid design that actually incorporates some flexibility to add ride quality and comfort into the overall experience.

For reference. I set it up with a 172.5mm crank. Because I was living in Switzerland (think mountains) when I bought the bike I opted for a Compact (50/34) and a 12/25 in the rear. This combination lets me ride anything. Now that I am in Thailand (flat) I am looking to replace the crank with a 53/39.

If you have problems with goggle fit, try some junior sized ones, they may just surprise you.

Overall I feel it does not help much and is over priced.

This bike is all I had imagined it would be. Lightweight and I find I can push and hold a faster pace on it than I can on my road bike.
