Comments: Considering I have nothing to compare this race against I had a blast! I am hooked and will actually run, bike, and swim before I sign up for the next one!

Comments: Obviously I am a darn slow swimmer..if I could learn to swim I would be on the podium!! Overall good race..my goal was 3hrs..I really thought I would be over that so am very satisfied with my total time. Next year they HAVE to get their water on ice at the finish line!

Comments: FAMILY THERE AT FINISH! First time ever that my kids have seen me race. Man was I ever proud to have had a good race while they were watching. My GF joked several weeks ago, "You're not going to embarrass me are you". As soon as I finished she almost jumped in my arms and said 'i am SO proud of you". 16 years of marriage and the ex never once showed up. I'm in a good place right now. I love triathlons.
