  • Comments: Good race, like this course. I've done 3 different races here now so it's a great way for me to measure my overall progress.

  • Comments: Best run to date. Took over 4 minutes off my time at this event from the July race. Really psyched about finally getting to that 30:00 barrier. My ultimate goal is to get down close to 25:00 and I moving in the right direction. I've come down another 2:00 since the Hilton Head sprint in Sept.
