  • Comments: I am soooo over the moon with my performance. I shaved 5:50 off last years time and I finally feel like I've reached a fitness level where I am competitive and not just struggling to finish and coming in last. I also found that mentally I was in a good spot - I didn't pay attention to what everyone else was doing, instead just focused on myself. I have some long course sprint tris planned for March, a distance I have never done before. So for the next 6-7 weeks I am going to be training my arse off. I am also probably going to get aero bars.
