  • Comments: There was a run clinic afterward which was very informative. It taught me several things about the way I was running that I can improve to make me faster

  • Comments: My first career DNF. Flatted out on mile 2 of the bike, had to wait for SAG support, SAG was mopping the course so by the time we got the tire changed and back on the bike I was way behind, wifey did awesome, finishing the race without me. I finished out the bike and DNF'd Times listed are wifey's times, I ran her pace and was on the same bike pace before the flat

  • Comments: I think it was good. It was their first time for this du and it went well. But I have nothing to compare it to. I liked it
