  • Comments: Had mild food poisoning earlier in the week. Felt drained the entire race.

  • Comments: Aid stations were 2.5 miles apart. Probably could have 1-2 more. Mile markers were a tad off in the beginning. Great small race in the Madison area. Lots of fast runners do this race if you want both a challenging course and some competition. Beer, wings, and nachos plus a live band post-race.

  • Comments: More aid stations is the only issue, everything was extremely well done. Capitol Brewery beer, a live band, fruit, bagels, animal crackers, pretzels, plenty of water, and chicken wings at the finish. Nice technical t-shirt. Great race for $20 entry fee.
