Overall course based on my ability: Just right

Comments: This was a good tune up to St. Anthony's because it gave me a few things to think about. Plus - I got an award for first place Athena. Who cares if I was the ONLY Athena ;) I'm still proud of my award! In terms of Transition times, I was 54/95 for T1 and 42/95 for T2. So that part of the race is MOP!

Overall course based on my ability: Just right

Comments: I gave this race a 4 because it is a good race that was well organized and had good volunteers. I might do it again and it was a good early season race to see where I stand among the faster seasoned athletes (at the BOP.) I also don't think duathlons are my sport, I think I'll stick to triathlons. I realized I like starting with a swim.
