  • Comments: I was hesitent about the changes to the bike course...Thought it would be too crowded with bikes in both directions - I was pleasently suprises this wasn't an issue - Was a great event and the weather, while hot, was about as good as you can asked for Mid August in Houston!

  • Comments: I love TriGirl - very organized, great volunteers, etc. Overall, I was pleased with my performance. At the end of my last tri, I felt spent and thought to myself "need to train harder." This time, I felt like I had trained just enough. It was awesome to have the whole family there for the 1st time and my sweet hubby even had a medal made for me! (I was whining that you don't get a finisher's medal in triathlons like you do in marathons and 1/2s, but you train harder. And, It is doubtful I will ever place in my AG!)

  • Comments: A good race, but not great. I love seeing familiar faces, so that was cool. Some of the organization was sketchy, but overall I would probably do the race again.

  • Comments: This was so much fun! I'm so glad I picked this one for my first. It was so great having family there too. Will do this one next year for sure. And the overall winner was 53:20, wow.
