  • Comments: I would recommend this race to anyone who wants a fun race. The atmosphere was very good, and there is just something about running in the moonlight. My advice to anyone looking into running this is to dress up and bring lots of stuff that glows and reflects. I would also recommend either taking the bus or spending the night in Alamo. The 2 1/2 hour drive back to Vegas was brutal. When we left, the marathon and 51k people were still finishing and strung out over miles of highway, it was an impressive sight to see all these people lit up like christmas trees coming at you out of the dark.
