  • Comments: Track Shack always puts on a good race. I can't blame the organizers for my lack of performance and I really can't be angry that 3999 other people also wanted to do this run :)

  • Comments: 4th year in a row I ran this race. It's usually hot and humid, today was a bit overcast, but the humidity was thick. It's a nice morning race to run on the holiday and then head on home to fire up the grill and start cooking some delicious Q that will be enjoyed later in the day.
