• Comments: Some of the race staff was personality-challenged. They also brought the wrong race heat list and didn't catch it till competitors pointed out the error. Not enough volunteers out on the course (but I didn't get lost despite that). Misrepresented bike segment; definitely hilly, enough to put a friend out on a DNF. Issue with bike numbers not having holes punched to anchor to bike; no explanation of raffle tickets in packets being our entry to lunch after event (so people had to go run find them in their packets later); wish it was chip timed b/c of lack of T1 and T2 data--that is a hassle! Bike in/bike out was same place, which confused me a little.
