  • Comments: My 1st Triathlon. The event itself was good. Officials and volunteers were great. Organization was great. The description of the course was not as accurate as myself and numerous other racers I spoke with agreed that it could have been. Location was great. I will definitely do this event again. Hopefully I'll be better prepared both physically and mentally. Illness and Injury really played a large part in how difficult this race was for me being my 1st triathlon.

  • Comments: Fun race, in its third year. Well organized. Pumpkin pie at finish was a nice touch. Some off brand energy drink I didn't recognize--and didn't like--on the run course. Couple parking lot entrances in the park weren't marshaled and needed to be...one near accident with a cyclist that I saw. But this is run by a pretty experienced race production company and they did well by it.

  • Comments: not one of my best races. lesson learned for next time. Always good to have a back up!
