  • Comments: kind of expensive. only 4 or 5 port-a-potties. food at end was weak. they just threw a tarp over it and you had to step in a puddle to get to it. great volunteers though...have to give them lots of credit for standing out in that weather.

  • Comments: Not much you can do post race with torrential downpours hampering your activities..the race was well organized, the bike was fun and the run was a challenge for sure...I would recommend this race and I'm sure to come again next year if my schedule permits. (maybe we'll swim this time??)

  • Comments: It was the first year for this distance, they typically only do a sprint. I'd go back next year, it's a beautiful course and the people were super friendly. I had a blast, and it was a good day in the business suit.

  • Comments: First distance for this race. Great distance. Until I do a full half-iron, this is my favorite! I'd rather do this again than another Olympic.

  • Comments: I love the Patriots. It's a nice small race on a challenging course. I think it's great they added a Half-Iron lite 50 this year, it was nice catching some of the first bikers back before I left - the first one entered transition as I was bagging up my stuff. Those athletes have it going on.
