  • Comments: I put the post race activities at BELOW average because I crossed the finish line to the massage tent to get them to work on my shoulder and they CLOSED... THERE WERE STILL PEOPLE ON THE COURSE!!! ;_; I really needed some help with that shoulder... But other than that, GREAT race as usual, don't like how late the women go but what can we do eh... I'll just have to be more sunsmart next year...

  • Comments: PR at sprint distance (previous best 1:22:xx). Just did this race as a tester to see how training was progressing. I reckon I'm well on track to beat the 1:15:00 goal I set for the Gold Coast tri in April. Really happy with how I went and great race organising and volunteers.

  • Comments: This was my first Tri. I have never been athletic and never wanted to be. Starting running in May did a 5k race and got bug for competing. Doing a Tri was a dream. My goals were to finish, and not drown. I ended up 87th out of my 90 strong age group - had an absolute ball. Looking forward to the 5 remaining races between now and May. Pretty disappointed with times compared to my bric sessions - really must focus on improving swim so that It doesnt burn me out totally the rest will fall into shape.

  • Comments: I keep coming back to raby. What can I say?? it freaking rocks! It's hard to believe I did the enticer here two years ago and that started it all. I LOVE THIS EVENT! (even if the chicks go last in the QTS race in the heat)

  • Comments: I'm really happy with my cycle and run legs and it shows that overall I'm still on the improve, nothing beats notching up another pb. The main goal now is to keep training over the Christmas period and be ready for the next race come January 08.

  • Comments: Overall I enjoyed the race even thought I think I took it a bit easy in the cycle leg. I have compared my overall time to the last time I raced here (2 years ago) and to have improved by 7 minutes is great news and shows that I'm still improving. I'm looking forward to having a small break over Christmas and then getting back into the full swing of it in 2007, ready for the first race on the 21st Jan.
