Comments: Well its the end of the Freeeroo series for 2008-9. Colder then last year. Dam global warming. The 5K at 4 degrees was the coldest I ran in and hope its my last. New years race was the worse road condition felt like I ran 10 miles in a 7 mile space. 8-miler was one of my best mental and physical efforts without coaching from Mike. Met a few new people. Got to know the Montana Milers Club here in Canandaigua. I made all 6 races. Thanks Y and Will. Thanks to the Greater Rochester Track Club for putting them on. Thanks for driving to them Ken. Thanks to Mike for dragging me into more running I can almost say I like it. Sorry boys you didn't make them all. Off to the RIT indoor Tri in a couple weeks. Need to bring the swim volume up and hope for warmth to hit the hills on the bike. Thanks for reading but like the best of the race this report is over.
