Comments: I defintely have improved overall as my swim and run times have come down since the last race 2 weeks ago. This race I did feel much better on the swim because I was able to relax a little more and get into a 3-stroke instead of 2. The bike was very difficult for me and I think I need to get a triple crankset on my bike to replace the double. The run was especially hard after that bike, but I was still able to shave a couple minutes off my time. As I lose more weight I will ramp up my running a little more and hopefully make the run portion a little easier.
