Overall course based on my ability: Just right

Comments: I'm very, very pleased with my effort. Based on how tired and stiff I was on Sunday and Monday, I know that I put in a really good effort. This was a very well run race. Especially given the uncertainty surrounding the takeover of the race by UCF from TriColumbia. Volunteers terrific. Great course. Will probably sign up again!

Overall course based on my ability: Just right

Comments: This was a rough year for the Columbia Triathlon. With Tri-Columbia going bankrupt, and the Ulman Cancer Fund coming in at the last moment, there was quite a lot that could have gone wrong. In the end the Ulman Cancer folks pulled out another great race - even though they had to cancel the swim due to water quality issues (too much rain in the week prior).

Comments: No race markers except mile 1 and 2 on the run. No massage tent. Food below average. Great volunteers.
