Comments: Can't wait for next year... and maybe take another 10 minutes off my time? This is a tough age group at this distance! In the 30-39 AG my time would have put me on the podium! Two races and two PB's so far this year! I hope I can avoid inuries and keep it going.

Comments: This is my first 10 mile 'race' in 13 years. I used to do the St. Albert 10 Miler during my marathon training back in 1994-97 and of course I was younger & better trained: used to do it in under 90 minutes. This year, it was my first 10 miles of the year. I ran as well as I could!

Comments: Want to get into the top half of my age group next year so there will have to be some serious speed training and hill work put in. There were NO muscle cramps this year!

Comments: Decided to go for a shower after and then attend the awards for some snacks and won a nice TIMEX IRONMAN watch in the prize draws.
