Comments: I got the start time wrong. I thought that the race started at 8...so was there really early. Race didnt start until 9...registration opened at 8...my mistake...even with that said, as with any new race (this is only the second year) the volunteers don't really know what they are doing. They have not hired an outside race company to run the timing and registration, maybe they should. After I got my bib number I went and started getting ready for the race. I then hear my name being paged. They accidentily gave me a bib number (along with 2 other people) for the 5k. no biggy. They also need to mark every intersection of trails or have someone at the unmarked intersection. I am not good with directions and almost ran down the wrong path a couple times. Over all tho, it was better run than last year.
