  • Comments: This was part 1 of the Bytown 171 big training weekend. 100Km bike, followed by the MDS Nordion 10k run.

  • Comments: Great race, very well organized. Only complaint is that starting line is based on anticipated finishing time but people don't follow that resulting a lot of slower runners and even some walkers blocking the way in the early stages of the race when the streets are very congested. This of course isn't really something the race organizers can control though.

  • Comments: Sweet race. Lots of people and stuff to do. Post-race sucks though, I guess you can't cater to 8000 people. Not sure if I would ever race this race though, although never say never.
