Overall course based on my ability: Just right

Comments: This was my first tri ever and my goal was to cross the finish line standing. I am really glad i did it and now i have a benchmark for next year. I am looking forward to doing more races next year and spending more time on my bike.

Comments: I did better on this tri than my first and it was an OW swim. I need to get stronger on the bike and most of all on the run. A lot of work lies ahead but after what is now my second triathlon , i know that i can do it and be better. i am addicted!!! Message to the crazy canucks: i'm in for the winther challenges (big part of this summer's successes)

Comments: Well organized, good activities. Very festive. People have a good time and the race gives everyone a chance to do well.
