Overall course based on my ability: Just right

Comments: for the first time in 4 years of racing i was about to call it quits.i am still not sure if i will race in sept or end my season right now. I need to re-assess what i will do. Motivation was not there this year. Tri club lacked coaching and this affected me more than i tought. I need to find a coach or join another club next year.Or maybe i just need to do something else. It was fun to meet Robert and to see a friend do his first tri.

Comments: I would have been happy that they put a second aid station out there this year, the run was hot and we needed fluid out there more than usual. After the race I met Isabelle(chipit muffin) from BT. It was cool to meet you there Isa :)
