  • Comments: I thought it was a good race. It was small with 120 participants. There were a couple places on the run that I wasn't 100% sure which way to go, but i just kept running straight and it worked out. so there were maybe a couple places a volunteer or two would have helped.   • Comments: did not see any nutrition but was told later back in the pool section was drenched ofter the race but I finished glas was in first heat

  • Comments: It was a great time for my first sprint tri. I probably should have started with a typical flat course, but this was a great way to break the ice. I posted a much better time than I thought I would, so I was very pleased with this.
