Comments: I participated in both 2011 and 2012 events. The race is not USAT sanctioned but could be termed a fairly well run, somewhat informal event good for triathletes wishing to participate in such an event. The people at the race are nice and helpful and the venue is fairly good (except the bike is on roads with normal traffic). I probably won't participate again as I prefer something with a little better organization and "hype". Here is where they can improve things. First, as in other years, there was no website to obtain information....no course maps, parking, etc. Second, there are not enough volunteers in the transition area (which is long and narrow) to keep things organized. There were way too many people in the transition area during the race, including non-participants just using the area as a walkway. Also too many slow racers coming out of water while racers coming in off the bike who had little clue to get out of the way. Spectators had to yell to people not paying attention. Again,
