  • Comments: Definitely re-evaluate pre-race food ideas. This was slower than any training run I have done. Yeah...it was 5.3 miles, which is longer than my standard runs, but I felt pretty much like crap. Did I mention that the 5 miler is actually 5.3 miles? Didn't expect that one!
