  • Comments: Great race. Very sad news after with word that Pat Byrnes mam had been killed by a car on the Malahide Road. pat ran 3.09. he came 3rd in his age group.

  • Comments: Its a good race, a fair but tough course that I feel lack of experience caught me out on. I will definitely do this race again next year but with a different training plan behind me. The photos are uploaded to show how wet & cold the dam race was, by the way I'm Irish so I should be used to running in rain, snow, cold etc.
